* emacs-lisp/eieio.el: Avoid requiring cl at runtime.
(eieio-defclass): Apply deftype handler and setf-method properties
directly.
(eieio-add-new-slot): Avoid union function from cl library.
(eieio--typep): New function.
(eieio-perform-slot-validation): Use it.
