* progmodes/flymake.el (flymake-split-string): Use
`flymake-split-string-remove-empty-edges' in any case.
* progmodes/flymake.el (flymake-err-line-patterns):
Use `compilation-error-regexp-alist-alist' instead of
`compilation-error-regexp-alist'.
