(widget-default-format-handler): ...from here.
(widget-docstring, widget-add-documentation-string-button): New funs.
(documentation-string): Add :visibility-widget property.

* cus-edit.el (custom-split-regexp-maybe): Simplify.
(custom-buffer-create-internal): Simplify message.
(custom-variable-tag): Reduce height to normal.
