(8) Dictionary Manipulation

  Dictionary Manipulation Item Selection Keys

  (1) Dictionary Addition

	Either input "0" or move the reverse video indication to "Dictionary
        Addition" and press the Return key.
        --> A prompt for the input of a dictionary name will be displayed.

     2) Input the dictionary name and press the Return key.
        --> A prompt for the input of a frequency file will be displayed.
            When the specified dictionary exists, the default frequency
            file name will be displayed.

     3) If a different frequency file is desired, input that file name.
        If the default file is acceptable, press the Return key. 
	--> A prompt for the input of the dictionary priority value will
            be displayed.

     4) Dictionary priorities range from 0 to 20.  The larger the value,
        the higher the priority.
	(The basic dictionary (which covers the JIS level 1 characters)
         has a priority of 5.)
	--> A prompt asking if dictionary update mode should be used is
            displayed.

     5) Specify if dictionary update mode should be used.
        (If it is not to be used, enter an "N".)
	--> A prompt asking if frequency update mode should be used is
            displayed.

     6) Specify if frequency update mode should be used.
        (If it is not to be used, enter an "N".)

     
  (2) Dictionary Display

     1) Either input "1" or move the reverse video indication to "Display
        Dictionary" and press the "NL" key.
	--> The dictionaries loaded into the server are displayed.

     2) The following operations will cause the dictionary comments, frequency
        file name, and whether the dictionary is in use or not to be displayed.
