How to use this manual

(1) Parts of figures and tables put other files as dump files.
    This dump files are printed out to use this command.

    xpr -scale 2 [filename]


(2) Cut out the figures and tables, and paste it in a corresponding place
    of the text.


(3) Print out the text at 50 lines.


Note of the filename:

		Table-a-4.2 means this table is the second one in the appendix.

		Table-c-6.3 means this table is the third one in the chapter 6.
