Adding debian packaging informations
Adding debian control directory to create a geeqie debian package.
NOTES: (To be fixed in autoconf)
- LIRC must be explicit _enabled_ instead of disable. This is wrong
documented.
- It might be a good idea to derivate the readmedir and the htmldir
from docdir.
