Adding debian packaging informations Adding debian control directory to create a geeqie debian package. NOTES: (To be fixed in autoconf) - LIRC must be explicit _enabled_ instead of disable. This is wrong documented. - It might be a good idea to derivate the readmedir and the htmldir from docdir.
