Add expected output files. This makes it possible to spot changes in Mercurial's output and behaviour over time.

$ \textbf{hg init remove-example}
$ \textbf{cd remove-example}
$ \textbf{echo a > a}
$ \textbf{mkdir b}
$ \textbf{echo b > b/b}
$ \textbf{hg add a b}
adding b/b
$ \textbf{hg commit -m 'Small example for file removal'}
