Add expected output files. This makes it possible to spot changes in Mercurial's output and behaviour over time.

$ \textbf{grep printf hello.c}
	printf("hello, world!\textbackslash{}");
$ \textbf{hg update tip}

$ \textbf{grep printf hello.c}
