annotate mpegvideo.c @ 9357:2108342734cc libavcodec
Move av_packet_*() functions from libavformat/ to libavcodec/, where the
AVPacket structure now resides also.
Patch by Thilo Borgmann thilo.borgmann googlemail com, see the mailinglist
