diff utils.c @ 3736:1d70bb4e21d6 libavcodec

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Remove the "bf" OptionDef parameter so the equally named AVOption will take over. Move over ffmpeg.c constraint checking, but allow value of zero to disable B-frame.
