annotate libmpcodecs/vd_zrmjpeg.c @ 26621:853fce906154

VLB audio is quite similar to AAC, and faad decodes somewhat usably (though clearly wrong and playing at twice the speed), so add it to codecs.conf - it is better than no output at all.
