subtitles: convert SRT/MicroDVD markup into ASS markup
As the title says. If libass support is enabled, in SRT subs, HTML-style
markup (<b>, </i>, </font>, etc.) is converted to ASS tags. Similarly,
MicroDVD-style markup is converted.
