Improve flac detection a bit. Now you can safely remove all files from
libmpflac subdir, except this ones:
defs.h
dither.c
dither.h
private_fast_float_math_hack.h
replaygain_synthesis.c
replaygain_synthesis.h
They are necessary to playback.
