Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Implement GetVersionExW with the same data as GetVersionExA but taking in a different structure, and CreateMutexW, CreateEventW and CreateSemaphoreW as simple wrappers around the A versions.
