Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Do not compile AltiVec code when AltiVec is not available; not even in runtime cpudetection mode. Fixes compilation with '--enable-runtime-cpudetect --disable-altivec'.
