dont write an index and dont use memory to build one if -noidx is specified ... maybe this should use its own option though instead of using -noidx ?

The rage128_vid is containted within radeon_vid.c
so read README file and follow its instructions.

As for Rage128 framebuffer - use it from Linux distributive.
