make v4l1 driver work properly. v4l1 API docs says that VIDIOCSWIN (picture size) and VIDIOCSPICT (pixel format) should be called before VIDIOCGMBUF ioctl call. patch by Trent Piepho xyzzy at speakeasy dot org
