view TOOLS/Makefile @ 16650:831cdc896c4c

expGetSystemInfo should not leave SYSTEM_INFO unitialized, even when /proc/cpuinfo is unreadable. Fixes some weird behaviour with the wmv decoder (it tries multithreaded decode).
