Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Record what was produced by make_decode_table_MMX() and used that data to initialize mp3lib_decwins directly, then remove call to make_decode_table_MMX() and tabinit_MMX.c itself.
