Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Extend the precision of rationale conversion so it would give proper result for framerate 60000/1001 . Otherwise framerate restrained encoders like lavc mpeg2video would refuse to encode, even if -ofps 60000/1001 is given.

VIDIX - Video Interface for *niX.

This library was designed and introduced as interface to userspace drivers
to provide DGA everywhere where it's possible (unline X11).
I hope that these drivers will be portable same as X11 (not only on *nix).
