Add X-GNOME-FullName entries to desktop file.
According to the Desktop Entry Specification, the "full name" should be built
from Name and GenericName. While some desktop environments do this (like KDE),
GNOME doesn't and uses its own key instead.
This closes Bugzilla #1680.
