Support On2 VP7 via binary decoder by implementing USER32.RegisterClipboardFormatA, SHLWAPI.PathFindExtensionA and SHLWAPI.PathFindFileNameA. Tested with http://www.on2.com/vp7_samples/potter-40.vp7.
