New S3 VIDIX driver. Provides support for S3 Trio and S3 Virge chipsets. This deprecates the old Savage driver that worked with latest chips only. (synchronized with vidix.sf.net r326 and r327)

VIDIX - Video Interface for *niX.

This library was designed and introduced as interface to userspace drivers
to provide DGA everywhere where it's possible (unline X11).
I hope that these drivers will be portable same as X11 (not only on *nix).
