Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Update cdparanoia check to check for paranoia_cachemodel_size. Without this function it seems quite useless for realtime playback, so there seems little value in continuing to support older versions. Also since libcdio is more portable, works better, and will be used as a fallback (which means it probably should be made the default).
