- now features 24->32 conversion (this is actually faster than letting the codec produce depth 32 in the first place for avis :-))) )

To build the package:
 Get the cvs version, or .tgz and uncompress it,
 link main to something nicer... ln -s main mplayer-0.11pre (optional)
 move there (cd main)
 run dpkg-buildpackage
 be patient... and you're done!
 go up a directory and run:
  dpkg -i --force-overwrite mplayerXXXXXX.deb !!!!

 That's all folks!
