annotate src/notify.h @ 13109:079f7a452e3a

[gaim-migrate @ 15471] Increase the display size of a few icons by one or two pixels. I think 32 and 16 are much more standard sizes for icons, and this makes the away icon scale better in the gtkstatusbox. It now looks the same as the one displayed in the buddy list committer: Tailor Script <[e-mail]>
