annotate PLUGIN_HOWTO @ 23797:35f7b7c62995

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Remove calls to g_markup_escape_text. Not only does this help with old GLib compatibility, but some of these calls were wrong, too. It just never showed up because the code doesn't run yet.
