This is my ugly fix for a crash bug thingy. If you want to make
it less ugly, or more correct, feel free.
The bug causes gaim to crash when you do not have a blist.xml file,
and you have accounts in ~/.gaimrc, but those accounts do not have
individual blist files (so delete ~/.gaim/blist.xml and
~/.gaim/*.blist).
