Clean up Canadian English translation. Lots of the fuzzy translations didn't make any sense to me, and there were tons of left-over 'old' commented translations. Since this is pretty similar to the original C locale, I dropped the translations that didn't change anything. This resulted in a much smaller gmo file once compiled.
