Modified patch from Dylan Simon (dylex) to improve
purple_markup_html_to_xhtml. This should allow having blank spaces in all
attributes (e.g. in src=, alt= etc.), or having non-quoted attribute
values (e.g., <font color=green>..).
Closes #5616.
