In the course of looking at purple-url-handler to compose a response to a post on [e-mail], I found and fixed a bug where handling an IRC URL will fail if you have any accounts with no user_split in the list of accounts before the IRC account in question.

This shell script just invokes dbus-send, see man dbus-send for how 
to specify the parameters.

   $0 PurpleAccountsFindConnected string: string:prpl-jabber
   $0 PurpleAccountsGetAll
   $0 PurpleCoreQuit

Use dbus-viewer to get the list of supported functions and their parameters.
