Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Merge Windows-specific changes for 2.7.0 and 2.7.1 into the main ChangeLog and include a note at the top of ChangeLog.win32 explaining that the file will no longer be updated.
