Add msim_color_to_purple() to convert msim markup color to a color for
libpurple, and use this on the <c> tag to display incoming colored text
as colored (tested).

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the source tree. The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
