Open a chat-invite dialog when a buddy is dragged onto a chat. A somewhat warmenhoved patch from Zzzoom. Closes #504. Refs #8871.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
