- plugins.diff marks up the plugin descriptions and
names with _() if it wasn't already present, and
removes the differences between the two
descriptions/names (i.e. *char name and desc.name) that
were present for some plugins. I only did this for
plugins that get compiled by default, though.. not much
point in doing the others =P "
