"Make file transfer window resizable (fixes bug #1193556)"
Now when toggling the expander the Window size remains the same
and the gtktreeview (or whatever it is) expands/contracts. I
don't really know which way is better... but this is how the
plugins dialog behaves, so I figured it'd be ok.
