" 1. Lithuanian translator's last name was in invalid
UTF8; this caused GTK/Pango to exhibit some very odd
behaviour. The correct UTF8 is copied from the po file.
2. Polish translators' last names are copied from the
po file.
3. A couple of missing mailto:'s are added" --Ambrose C. LI
