Change the default value for the "Show system tray icon:
always/never/new messages" preference to be "new messages"
I think this is good, and it should take care of
http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=244433
Why should closing an application minimize it to the system
tray? Closing an application should close it and minimizing
it should minimize it to the taskbar.
I didn't see any strong objections when we talked about it on
the mailing list. I think we should leave everything else
that we talked about as-is.
