Remove code that tried to show the buddylist from the core (but didn't work in pidgin). I think 006a7eef is a better way of doing it.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
