Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
When reading in substatuses from status.xml, ignore substatuses for which we can't determine the PurpleStatusType. This fixes a crash for me when switching from away to available. I'm not sure what the exact repro case is, but it definitely happens.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
