Drop -tcl & -silc sub-packages, include both in the main libpurple RPM. Update some of the other sub package descriptions to be a bit more ... descriptive

This shell script just invokes dbus-send, see man dbus-send for how 
to specify the parameters.

   $0 PurpleCoreQuit

Use dbus-viewer to get the list of supported functions and their parameters.
