German translation update: - translating "Get Info" with "Benutzer-Info" is not appropriate because the string "Get Info" is also used for SSL certificates in certificate manager - now it is "Information abrufen" - is "Information" better?

HOWTOs in the "Related Pages" section.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
