Add msim_uid2username_from_blist() to lookup a username by userid, by
looking at associated 'uid' ints on the buddy list. Not used yet because
it crashes the program. Purpose was to lookup the uid->username mapping
locally, avoiding the need to send a lookup request to the server, but it
is not there yet.
Also, add TODO comments for removal of msim_lookup_user()-related callbacks.
