Fetch icons all at once instead of one at a time. I tried pretty hard and couldn't get this to hit rate limiting, so I'm hoping it'll be ok.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
