Add a new proxy type of "Tor". This is really just a SOCKS5 proxy, but can be used to restrict functionality (e.g. DNS lookups) for privacy reasons. Refs #11110

it does not print the return value.

Usage:

This shell script just invokes dbus-send, see man dbus-send for how
to specify the parameters.

   $0 PurpleCoreQuit

Use dbus-viewer to get the list of supported functions and their parameters.
