Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
[gaim-migrate @ 17891] Outgoing message throttling. If we're sending messages too quickly, and Gaim thinks that sending another message will make AIM give us a warning, then delay sending the message a little bit.
