Remove purple_media_get_sink and the sink variables in the media structures. The concept of a single sink per stream is no longer relevant.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
