Per discussion with rlaager both on the mailing list and in the XMPP MUC, bump purple_lt_current to 20 to pad for continued development on 2.x and correct my previous stupidity with respect to libtool versioning.

Use dbus-viewer to get the list of supported functions and their parameters.
