Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Only change the size when the imhtmltoolbar button has been activated, not again when deactivated. Fixes #1143

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
