Add a send_raw function, msim_send_really_raw, into the prpl_info struct, so that third-party plugins can send raw data if they choose.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
